BBC World Service/London Met Scholarship, UK

London Metropolitan University and BBC World Service are pleased to announce a joint scholarship programme for postgraduate students from Central Asia. 

The scholarship programme offers one full tuition fee scholarship per year for students studying any of the courses listed below:

• MA Media and Communications
• MA Journalism
• MA International Relations 

Also includes an internship at BBC World Service Central Asia service.

Students must be from Central Asia

Students must speak at least one of languages; Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, or Turkmen

Applicants must have IELTS 6.5 

Applicants must have excellent results in their bachelors degree from a recognised university.

HOW TO APPLY

• Applicants should apply and be accepted onto a London Metropolitan University masters degree first 

• Students applying for the BBC World Service/London Met scholarship must hold an unconditional offer on one of the courses listed above. 
• Student can then  fill in the Word Scholarship application form form or apply online.
• The deadline is 31st  May for courses starting in September.
